I don't often share recipes. But this is different. Each one of these chocolate bombs is filled with peanut butter.
I suspect I have discovered the replacement for Kendal Mint Cake!
I made 13 (all the moulds I have) of these - the size of cup cakes. Each one was lined with melted chocolate then chilled. Once set I filled them 2/3 full with peanut butter. Then top off with more melted chocolate. Chill, turn out and serve.
They really didn't last long.
I suspect a quantity of chocolate moulds are looming in my immediate future....
